Support Groups

Research shows that ADHDers have more difficulty managing money than neurotypicals. Impulse buying, late bill paying, no savings and large credit card debts can lead to guilt, shame, and anxiety. I have developed my course "ADHD Friendly Ways to Manage Money," consisting of 10 short videos designed for ADHDers, on key money management topics. Additionally, the fee includes weekly group coaching for ONE YEAR. In this judgment-free environment, clients can get support, and encouragement!

The recurring Your Next Career Move MasterClass has been successfully on-going for the past 4 years. Embrace ADHD is an eight week ongoing virtual discussion and support group for men hoping to understand their ADHD brain, appreciate the benefits, learn strategies to help with challenges, and share support with others. In a safe space, Coach Derek will share insight and facilitate group discussion once per week for 90 minutes. Groups will cover topics such as executive function, social and life skills, social skills, organization, distractibility, impulsivity, and time management.

Learn to Love Your Brain: A Teenage Girl's Group

We created this group to help teenage girls gain crucial social skills, executive functioning practice, emotional regulation, and more. In a safe space, Coach Kamala will facilitate conversations and learnings around shared experiences and challenges common to teenage girls with ADHD. This group will be led by Coach Kamala. Embrace your differences to MAKE A DIFFERENCE! We support yoga teachers with ADHD through specialized training, empowering them to lead the change and transform the wellness industry. Together, we make movement and meditation accessible treatments for managing ADHD. The ADHD movement is a certification created by Rosie Turner, a certified and accredited ADHD coach (ACO) and yoga and Pilates instructor, in collaboration with the Yoga Alliance.
